Change of name heralds in New year for Titan Plant Services

Titan Plant Services has changed its name to Titan Construction Equipment Ltd, to be known operationally as Titan Equipment.  “The new name and logo better reflect the company’s business specialising in the sales and services of cranes to the construction industry in New Zealand and overseas,” says Titan Director and Business Development Manager Bruce Whiley.

Having undergone consolidation of the company’s operations last year, Titan is concentrating on the sale of new and used Kato cranes and the nationwide Titan crane hire operations Mr Whiley said.

The Titan Group, established by its founder Max Whiley in 1965, has been the Kato Crane agency in New Zealand for 19 years. This successful partnership means Kato Cranes are well represented in many of the crane hire fleets in New Zealand.

Bruce Whiley says, “the future looks exciting for the company and we are exploring opportunities to expand our product range on offer as early as the first quarter this year.”
